Just tries it twice so far, and it works perfectly. No leaking, easy handle, that's all I was asking for! Made a raspberry cheesecake and got lots of oohs and ahs, my guests thought I had bought it at an expensive bakery or something. All the credit goes to this spring form pan!

I purchased this pan at Macy's, and love it so much that I have put a second one on my Amazon Wish List (about $3 less than Macy's).

The non-stick surface works like a charm with just a little bit of greasing ahead of time, nothing sticks. Cleanup is a snap, with just some soapy water and a sponge.

The pan is sturdy, distributes heat evenly, and most importantly the bottom latches securely into the top, forming a solid seal that does not leak.

I cannot think of any negatives for this pan (I cannot say the same for another no-name brand pan that will be tossed out as soon as I get my 2nd Anolon)

This pan has a smooth release and the cake mix does not get between the seam which my previous pad was doing. This product makes an excellent finished product.

I've waited a while to submit my review fell in love with the LOOK of this bakeware while at Macy's. I have the rectangular and the square baking pans. I am VERY careful with my cookware with over 40 years experience in the kitchen, I do know how to treat surfaces properly. Neither one has ever had a metal utensil used in it (to cut or serve), and sometimes I even line them with parchment. To clean them, they get soaked if necessary, and scrubbed with a nylon pad if they need that too. Despite all this coddling, after only a few uses, the coating bubbled off in spots and there are rust patches. LOOKS AWFUL ! I am sorely disappointed I expected much more for the money spent, the feel of the heft of them, and the look. I cannot recommend them whatsoever.
