After having roasted a 16lb turkey in this pan, I worried about the clean-up. The pan sat for hours with the grease and stuffing residue before I was able to clean it. As I started to first rinse the pan, the whole mess just slid off. It was amazing. I was worried that the mess was baked-on and would need an over-night soaking, followed by vigorous scrubbing the next day, but the pan practically cleaned itself! I'm very happy with this roasting pan and would consider buying other nonstick Calphalon pans if needed.

Item shipped and arrived very quickly and in good shape. This was a Christmas present and luckily I was home as it was shipped in the Calphalon box. Would be nice to have it shipped inside of another box or wrapped to hide the contents during the holidays.
