I own a artisan style brick oven pizza catering business and I use this slicer weekly and it works great. It is a little dull when I purchased it but was quickly cured with a little sharpening. I would recommend it to the amateur and the pro alike.

Not only is this sharp enough to quickly cut through a crispy pizza that has been baked on a pizza stone, it also works well for cutting through brownies or bars baked in a 9x13 pan lined with foil just lift the bars out of the pan and onto a cutting board and you can quickly slice the entire pan.

I am so impressed with the quality of this product, especially for the price. I read one of the reviews that said it was flimsy and I can only think that they reviewed the wrong product. It is super easy to use and clean. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have used this to cut several different things not just pizza. Good design and very sturdy. Cleans easily, I use it all the time.
