This had been unavailable for awhile so I was very happy to find it. It is much lighter than other dutch ovens but it cooks as well. The trivet cover is lovely but hard to handle--the only thing that's not in its favor.LOVE, LOVE LOVE THE DESIGN OF THIS POT.... IT MAKES A GORGEOUS PRESENTATION AND CLEANS UP EASILY TOO. I SUGGEST A LITTLE BAKING SODA TO REMOVE ANY STUCK ON FOOD.
