The 3 breading trays do the job with less mess. The size of the trays I feel are a little small. I didn't read the measurements before purchasing them so it's my fault but they do work good for small dipping, but if your dipping fish fillets they sometimes don't fit in the pans. They are well made but for me they are a little small. I would make sure to read the measurements so you don't get disappointed.
