If you have a rotisserie oven or otherwise need to tie up meat or poultry for cooking then you need these elastic ties! Yes, you could go the cheaper route and wrestle with pieces of of string as you try to tie up your chicken or turkey but why bother with scissors and awkward strips of string when your life could be so much easier by using one of these elastic ties.

When I tie up a chicken I am usually able to stretch the elastic and loop it twice over the body to include securing the wings and then I use another elastic tie and loop it twice over the body including over the legs.The elastic ensures a very secure and tight tie, so I never have to worry about it loosening up and having the wings or legs of the bird drop out of the tie and hit the heating element of my rotisserie which could cause a fire hazard.

These ties are MUST if you are using a Ronco. They hold the legs & wings tight against the breast and are easy to use.

Needed these for my Ron Popiel Rotisserie that I got a few years ago. They are the elastic ties like the ones that I got with the unit. I use them to tie the wings and legs together when I cook my chicken or turkeys.

I don't use my electric rotisserie much anymore. Now I have a natural gas grill with a rotisserie. I find that I can't do without them because they keep the chicken legs and wings from catching on to things that might cause them to burn. They're great!
