This teflon coated sheet works wonders. Place the sheet on the grill and then put your fish or meat directly on the sheet. Once its done you'll have perfect grill marks, just like it was directly on the grill! And the other bit of great news, you can use both sides, cleans so easily and can be used again and again! It doesn't give off any weird odors. Every grill needs one of these, especially for fish and veggies.

I used this recently to cook a cauliflower pizza crust. I tried this one before on foil and it was a mess. This stuff prevented sticking and I was able to slide the entire pizza off the pan onto a cutting board without breaking it.

Parchment is fine but it can be expensive and if you run out, you are stuck. So the fact that this is reusable is great. It's easy to cut to the shape of your pans too.

I use it so often. You really need it in your house. It's really easy to work whit. It's reusable and non-stick foil. I replace my aluminium foil by this sheet of cookina!
