After purchasing other types of silicone bake ware, and being somewhat disappointed in them, I was hesitant when buying the Bake Genie. After the first use, I realized that this isn't like the rest. I'm incredibly thrilled with this amazing product! I've used it to bake croissants, chicken, French fries and even fish. I love the fact that it doesn't absorb smells or flavors of the foods and clean-up is a breeze! I can't wait for more Bake Genie products to hit the market, because I will be first in line to buy them.

I have another brand silicone mat that I use and like too, but I wanted more for multiple batches. This one has a really nice substantial feel, is very supple, and has a nice quality coating. It works like a champ too, roasted veggies slide right off, it's amazing! I am looking forward to trying it with baked goods. I've tried several different styles and brands of silicone baking mats. They all work well, but I believe this one is the best value. I use it as a liner for my metal baking sheets and it makes clean-up super easy. I baked orange sweet rolls on it yesterday morning and cringed when I saw the sticky icing melted all over. I shouldn't have worried, though. It took about 30 seconds to wipe it clean with a damp sponge!I like that this mat is reusable as a baking sheet liner, unlike aluminum foil (which you throw away after one use).
I would suggest that you go over the care instructions with everyone who cooks or does dishes in your house. You don't want it run through the dishwasher or accidentally confused with a plastic cutting mat.
Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and have already recommended it to my FB friends!

Just got a chance to use my Bake Genie mat... and it is fantastic. Cookies came right up off the mat once done baking and clean up of the mat itself was a breeze! I used to use tin foil and baking spray to bake cookies, and they would still stick to the foil and leave foil in the cookies. Used the bake Genie and it was awesome, cookies were perfect and slid off, and mat took seconds to clean. Plan to get another one.
