This honey dispenser Norpro Honey Syrup Dispenser not only is functional, but is adored by any guests at my table. They are always amazed at how easy it is to use and love the fact that there is no mess involved! I can keep it for days without worrying about returning any unused honey to the original bottle. When I place warm water in the sitting dish, it keeps the honey fresh and ready to use. I have been so pleased with this item, that I have ordered a couple of them each year to place in our silent auction as a fund raiser. They sell everytime!

But if you want to upgrade your kitchen and impress your boyfriend like I did mine then spend then extra money and time refilling this glass device instead of the plastic bear.

I really like this. It's nice looking, sturdy and practical. I like that I can put hot water in the base, but don't have to. I also like that with the base, I don't seem to get any honey on my counter top.

For those of you who have never owned or seen one of these before. The honey flows out the bottom of the glass jar, controlled by the lever on top. This doesn't pour like a syrup dispenser. It's really rather nifty!

The only thing I could say that they could improve is that it can be a little cumbersome to fill. The hole on the bottom will leak the honey out as you fill it if you don't keep your finger over the hole. A little filler plug would be a nice edition.

It's okay, but just okay. The top, which looks like metal in the picture, is chromed plastic. I wonder how long the plastic opening mechanism will last. The stream of honey is very thin, even when in the 80's here. That amounts to a lot of waiting. Mine leaked into the glass holder right from the start as well.

very convenient by the tea bags and no sticky drips! Easy to use and fill once you figure out to plug the hole.
