There's something really impressive about the stoneware that Le Creuset makes these cups weigh about the same as every other mug of similar size, but they're practically indestructible. These guys just refuse to ever chip, crack, or stain, and that is *awesome*.

My only sort-of-a-nit: These are just a little bit smaller than I was expecting. It took me a little while to adjust my pouring technique to avoid the cup overflowing, but it turns out that the end result is still a delightful cappuccino. Probably even better. :-)

I wanted a classic looking cup & saucer for cappuccinos not too big, and not too small. These are absolutely perfect. Well made, solid without being too heavy, and the blue color is really lovely.

These are a nice size cappuccino cup. beautifully made but I would expect that from Le Creuset. Look great in kitchen :)
