I purchased the Crepe pan and the 12" skillet. The non-stick properties are incredible. The Crepes are perfect in thickness and even cooking. I will dump all my Teflon and replace with these as my older pans start to flake and pit.

I've had this pan for quite awhile. Love, love, love it. It's GREAT for making omelets!!

Now my daughter is wanting one. A little pricey, but worth the money.

After using it just twice, the surface discolored (blackened) and became rough to the point that I couldn't use the pan again. I contacted their support team and they said that it's probably oil stains and asked me to try cleaning the stains off with Mr. Clean. That didn't work. I told them that the stains were probably coming off of my non-stick spatula (which has a black coating), so GreenPan will not cover it (as it's due to the spatula and not the pan, according to them).

The spatula I have is a regular non-stick one--never had any issues with it when using it on other non-stick pans. Perhaps it is the fault of the spatula. However, there is no mention on their product description page about the potential risks of using non-stick spatulas with this Greenpan. So my conclusion is that this product is premature and/or has probably not been tested properly. If you need a special kind of non-stick spatula for this and cannot use regular non-stick spatulas with this pan, that's fine by me, but if that's the case they should say so on their product description page.

Their customer service is average. They are courteous in their emails, but the email service is a little slow. There was much back and forth, questionnaires to fill out, and it took about 3 weeks from the time I contacted them first for them to let me know that they cannot help me.

I should mention that I have two other GreenPans and I have no issues with those so far. I am a fan of GreenPan and will continue to use their products because they are awesome. It's just this particular model that has issues.
