this is a great item. I like to use it to brown pork and beef whole tenderloin or lamb chops on the stove top, before transferring to the hot oven to finish them off. perfect results every time and unbelievable easy cleanup.It grills and bakes evenly; it's lightweight; and it's easy to clean.
