I love this pan. It works on my Max Burton inductive cooktop in my RV too. I love it's glass lid that I can see the food. All in all, it is a good alternative to the toxic and cancer causing Teflon coatings out there and the stainless steel which has some nickel and maybe bad for health too.

At first I was shocked by the depth and size of this pan and was not sure I like it. It looks much different from many pans I have used before. After I started using it, I love it. It is easy to clean and it can take high heat I like to use and cooks fast. The more I use it, the more I love it. I use it to cook food, to reheat food, it is truly versatile and light compared to other pans of the same size.

Nice to have a safe non-stick pan! It is very non-stick! Cleans out so well! Glass lid is nice to see how cooking is going. Works great for deep frying, too! Food comes out crisp. Also heats evenly and holds heat well!

My first pan had a thinner than expected lining with a defective dimpple/damage on the ceramic. The company replaced the pan rather than a refund but I must say that their 8'" pan is of much better quality. I was glad to get it replace but I would have wanted a thicker coating of ceramic on the pan.
